Who We Are
We are a local law firm practicing in the areas of: debt relief, bankruptcy, construction, divorce and family law. We represent clients in South Florida, namely, Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, Martin County and Broward County. We also represent clients in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Attorney Joseph Rodowicz Jr. is the founder and managing member of the firm. He is admitted to three (3) state bars: Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is a member of three United States District Courts: the Southern District of Florida, the District of Connecticut and the District of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice in one United States Court of Appeals: the First Circuit. Attorney Rodowicz remains a member in good standing in all of these courts as well as several other professional organizations, such as the Palm Beach Bar Association, The Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
